What Types of Workshops are Offered?

PUBLIC SPEAKING WORKSHOPS
Our public speaking workshops can be conducted in-person or virtually through an online platform. As with all Unveiled workshops, we will customize the experience to meet your group's needs. Our capstone workshops are:

"What to Say & What to Speak" Workshop
Developing and refining your "Content" and "Delivery" based on the Biblical model and practice of Jesus, drawing inspiration from John 12:49:  "For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment – what to say and what to speak." This workshop is ideal for all speakers, and is especially meaningful to those needing a "refresh" or renewed sense of passion and inspiration for their messaging. 

"Finding your Voice, Pursuing His" Workshop
This workshop is an abridged session from the Unveiled Cohort Program. It is focused on growing in the practice of discerning God's voice and developing your personal "key message." This workshop is ideal for the beginner to experienced speaker who wants to more intentionally invite God into their preparation process.

"Practice, Practice & More Practice" Workshop
A practical session focusing on specific public speaking skills, personalized coaching and peer to peer feedback. This session is ideal for the aspiring (or even fearful) speaker, or those beginning to have more speaking opportunities and would like encouragement, feedback and practical tools.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH & STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOPS
Our spiritual growth and development workshops can be customized for personal or group retreats. The workshops can be designed for an in-person or online experience, depending on the group's needs and supporting content. However, when it's possible we recommend in-person for the most dynamic group experience.

Integrating Prayer & Planning
This workshop outlines an intentional discernment process to integrate prayer into your personal planning objectives, as well as organizational needs. This process is also ideal for organizations with teams leading strategic planning processes and wanting to integrate prayerful discernment into that process. Intercession 101 - Growing in the Practice of Prayer
This workshop is a great introduction to "fervent and effectual" prayer, practical tools for praying God's word, daily prayer and devotional practices, and growing in hearing God's voice in prayer. This workshop is great for individuals and groups.

About Connie Padmore

Constance (Connie) Padmore serves as the Founder & CEO of Unveiled LLC.  Unveiled creates experiences and practical resources to equip women speakers and leaders to be a voice in this generation. For over a decade, Connie served in various leadership roles at International Justice Mission (IJM), the largest international anti-slavery organization in the world. Most recently serving as the Director of Prayer Mobilization programs, Connie had the privilege of inviting thousands of partners to pray for the God-sized issues of justice, rescue and redemption. In this capacity, Connie also served as the Director of IJM's largest flagship event bringing global leaders and supporters together for a weekend of worship and intercession. For more than 12 years, Connie has had the opportunity to learn from, serve and coach some of the most gifted speakers and storytellers in the world. She speaks at conferences and facilitates large and small groups on intercessory prayer, worship and growing in hearing God's voice.  

Connie earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Hampton University and a Master’s in Organization Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
