PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Constance Padmore brings over a decade of experience leading cross-functional global teams, developing shared strategic objectives and measurable outcomes. She holds a Master’s in Organization Development & Knowledge Management and has served as a facilitator for a graduate course, Group Dynamics & Team Learning.

Constance serves as an Organization Development Consultant to DC area nonprofit and private sector organizations with global reach. She specializes in helping organizations successfully navigate and implement change for optimal long-term performance.  She is a skilled facilitator and excels in leading collaborative planning processes, facilitating meetings and large events with multiple stakeholders, and evaluating outcomes.

Constance currently leads Unveiled LLC, an organization that helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential. With a special emphasis on equipping and empowering women to be leading global voices within an intentional learning community, she develops curriculum for ongoing collaborative learning experiences, including individual and group coaching.

For twelve years, Constance served in various leadership roles at International Justice Mission (IJM), the largest international anti-slavery organization in the world, with over 700 staff operating in nearly twenty communities globally. She led IJM’s flagship global prayer conference, a gathering of over 1500 attendees, including field leaders from over a dozen countries. As the event interacted with nearly every department in the organization, Constance’s primary function was as a collaboration expert and internal consultant – leading planning teams both domestically and internationally, and aligning toward shared organizational goals and objectives.

As a program director, Constance has pioneered two strategic departments, including building and leading global teams, facilitating collaborative team learning and knowledge management, and managing communication between strategic partners and key stakeholder relationships. 

Those who have worked with Constance, notably in largely high-pressure environments, remark upon her calm, approachable demeanor and her ability to prioritize collaboration, valuing team members and creating space for meaningful conversations.

Constance (Connie) Padmore serves as the Founder & CEO of Unveiled LLC.  Unveiled helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential. Specializing in developing and empowering women leaders and speakers globally, Unveiled creates experiences and practical resources to equip women as powerful global voices in their communities. For over a decade, Connie served in various leadership roles at International Justice Mission (IJM), the largest international anti-slavery organization in the world.  Most recently serving as the Director of Prayer Mobilization programs, Connie had the privilege of inviting thousands of partners to pray for the God-sized issues of justice, rescue and redemption. In this capacity, Connie also served as the Director of IJM's largest flagship event bringing global leaders and supporters together for a weekend of worship and intercession. She created and led a Discernment Leadership Team, shepherding leaders through the process of integrating prayerful listening into the strategic and creative planning process. For more than 12 years, Connie has had the opportunity to learn from, lead and serve some of the most gifted speakers and storytellers in the world. She speaks at conferences and facilitates large and small groups on intercessory prayer, worship and growing in hearing God's voice.  

Connie earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Hampton University and a Master’s in Organization Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
